Are you camping? I had to look this up because I wasn't aware of it. My parents live in Prescott. Maybe you could just schedule a few days but depending on where you are staying, there should be internet? Although, I'm thinking you don't bring a laptop on a rafting trip. That's a long time to raft!! Sounds exciting though.

We are doing a big UK trip for 13 days and I'm planning to schedule some but then I'll want to do a lot of "globetrotting" at night with our daily adventures.
