Wow, this summer is sure flying by. In a little over a month, I’ll be moving my youngest daughter into her college dorm. I am in need of some healing stories because I am anticipating feeling lost. After being a mom for the past 21 years, I will now have all the time to focus on myself.

I want to know how you have healed. Tell me about a particular struggle that you went through and how you healed from it.

Did you go to therapy? What kind of therapy helped you? Do you use other avenues for healing that don’t involve talking to a therapist?

Go into detail about your experience, your symptoms of maybe depression or anxiety, your addictions, and the pain that you felt during these times. If you have moved past and tried to heal yourself from these painful experiences, how did you do it?
