During previous attempts of sobriety, I would always wonder what I am going to do at my daughters weddings... mind you they are 15 and 17 and were much younger when I thought this! So sick and twisted that I thought I HAVE to drink at my girls weddings... and probably have too many and then miss out, just like you said. It feels good to not think that way anymore. I'm glad you had a good time at the wedding!
