Enjoy your time there! If I listened to other peoples travel fears, I might not go anywhere. I have a few police officer friends that get so upset when I talk about traveling to Mexico and they feel the need to tell me how unsafe it is. Ummm, you are a police man that covers terrible areas of Long Beach and LA. Come on now. I've never felt unsafe in these dangerous travel destinations but I have felt unsafe in Long Beach and downtown LA.
