hah! I am the same way. My husband gets mad that I won't follow the recipe. I am actually making a lasagne this week so the title intrigued me. But, celery and onion peel, that lost me right there! ;)

Me following a recipe means the dinner takes like 2 hours. I can't even remember the instructions so I go back to read them multiple times! I like cooking my way, like you.
