Have you read Annie Grace's book? I was listening to her podcast once where she talks about her chronic pain that she had. She read some book (can't remember it now) that helped her shift her focus and somehow that worked for her pain. So crazy how the mind works that way! I think that by you being mindful of your jaw clamping, will release a lot of stress! We definitely need to listen to our bodies.
