Hilarious!!!

We had the best food on a walking tour in Tulum. The best mole I've ever tasted.... on vegetarian enchiladas. I've been known to eat dairy on vacation and then my stomach hates me but it was so worth it.

Now, I want to learn how to make it. Love making tamales, too!
