The Simple Way to Get 100 Followers
Starting out as a reader that just wanted to dip my toes into writing.
There, I said it. I am not an experienced writer. I haven’t written much since the Facebook status phase in 2009.
In 2021, my goal was to become a reader. Plane trips and beaches were the only places where I found time to read a book. And, let’s face it, it’s not like I was flying and vacationing very much.
I am proud to say that I finished 37 books last year. I didn’t put a number on my goal, simply because I didn’t want something to hinder my growth. Now, I try to read something every day, be it a book or articles online.
You know what they say, a good writer is usually an avid reader. Accessing that part of your brain stimulates creativity and gets me all fired up. Since I have a lot of experience in a few topics, I decided to go for it.
I signed up for Medium in January 2022 and started a blog. I read a lot of articles about how to get to 100 followers and most that I found were for experienced writers, so I thought I’d throw out some tips for the inexperienced.
