I agree and even tie this into how we need very little when we were born.

… I am a 10. Not better or worse than anyone else. The comparisons are irrelevant and never helpful. If I focus on the alcoholism and death in my family, then it is a 1. If I place these in context and appreciate the wonders of the world, it is a 10.
