ole’…belongs in the Grunge genre. That mix of punk and heavy metal, along with thought-provoking lyrics. I loved Hole’s sound the first time I heard their debut single Doll Parts but they proved to be versatile with the raw power in Violet to the melodic Malibu. I don’t think Hole got the respect the band deserved.
