I appreciate you for even saying this!!

Quick note: I know that some people who read my articles are into sobriety and I applaud them for that. I am a believer in doing what works best for you. Personally, I like a drink now and then but as a general rule, I don’t drink much when I’m at home alone, because it’s better that way. For me, it’s a “sometimes” thing, not an everyday thing. I’ve never been a believer in “drinking to get drunk” which I have done before and is a big part of Australian culture for some reason (much like it is in other countries like the UK).
