I definitely agree!! It is so important to keep these kinds of conversations open. When my daughter and I toured some colleges in Oregon earlier this year, where it rains a lot, they have these light therapy rooms - which I thought was genius! I guess she could just have a light like this in her room, too, if she decides to go there.
