I eat a lot of beans, those fill you up. I just made a vegan enchilada casserole last night with beans, tons of veggies, sweet potato, corn tortillas and a vegan cashew cheese sauce. If you go to minimalistbaker.com they have a lot of vegan recipes. I like protein smoothies mid morning. Tofu scrambles, and I also like ezekiel bread when I'm trying to cut back on the carbs. Just try and cut back, that's what I did at first. Maybe just a few dinners a week with meat.
