I feel you on this one.

…nce large crowds are not only damaging to the park but also detract from each visitor’s experience. However, it does make spontaneously deciding to stay longer or changing travel days difficult. What are your thoughts on the new reservation requirements?

I feel you on this one. It does make it a better experience if you plan accordingly but is also annoying that you can't just show up sometimes!
