I go way overboard with the candy, cookies, and ice cream. It's not good for me and maybe I won't get diabetes but I know deep down that I am doing a disservice to my body.
You aren't overstepping at all. I guess I was just writing this so I could feel accountable to myself to get myself out of gorging out on processed sugary treats at night. I need to detox from that. I know that I can't entirely rid myself of sugar, not something I see possible or even wanting to do, but I can stop buying all the junk sugar that I do!
