I guess I don't prioritize it as much, either. Although, needs are met and there is no reason to go elsewhere. So many interesting points that you share with me!! I do wonder why it is different in the LGBTQ community? Maybe because they are just more open and honest about it, so it is shared freely?

I do think that some people are just more sexually charged than others and need it more. But, that to me, should be established and communicated in the relationship.
