I have a daughter that just graduated high school last year and she is finally reading for pleasure. She was way too busy before, sadly, and my high school sophomore has no time either. She is usually staying up until 11 doing homework. I don't remember being bombarded at all with the amount of work they have to do. And, if you have an activity outside of school, which she does, it really makes no time for anything else. But, I have hope that she one day will because we read a lot at home.

Your parents did a good job into making you a reader, that's for sure!
