I have never been able to understand this one!

My family doctor knows I will usually wave away her recommendations. She wanted me to spend a night at a sleep clinic but I know I won’t be able to sleep there (too much stimulation), so how would they be able to tell me what my sleep issues are?

I have never been able to understand this one! My husband has sleep troubles and I do sometimes, so yeah.... what good is that going to do for us?!
