I love the frozen ginger and garlic.

Depending on what I have at home, I’ll first use fresh ginger and mince in into small pieces or, if I’m out of fresh, I’ll use these one teaspoon frozen ginger cubes from Trader Joe’s. When I started I used ginger paste. Any option is good.

I love the frozen ginger and garlic. Does your kombucha have an alcohol taste at all? I've steered clear because of that but I know some really don't have much at all.
