I love when a good story makes me feel!! You can feel the love you have for your daughter through your writing. What a beautiful thing. And, you have such a good relationship that you could talk things through. Not brushing something under the rug.

I have a daughter that is so sensitive and an empath, too, and sometimes I have to tread lightly because certain things affect her that wouldn't affect other people. She is truly a gift and I treasure her! Sounds like you do, too :)
