I often wonder how I will deal with tragedy as a sober person with nothing to numb. It's totally understandable given what you went through. I admire your strength to get off all the substances. Thank goodness you didn't keep taking the Xanax. That shit is horrible to get off of... I've done it and it's pure torture. Congrats on your sobriety! <3
