I ran a 1/2 once and couldn't walk for days after. I don't think running is good for our bodies actually. Although, I would injure myself at yoga and still workout, never letting my body rest. I take it easier now, like you but it is still a push and pull!! We do have to learn to listen to our bodies. I have a friend that is really deep into her ED and exercise addiction and it's hard to watch but I also can understand it. It's something that you have to come to the conclusion on your own though and something you have to wish to change!
