This gave me a lot to think about it and will be mindful when I reply to someone going through a hard time. I definitely wouldn't be the jerk to just turn it around to talk about me instead.

Losing a furry friend is so hard. I don't even know what to say to someone when they lose one. It's hard to find the words. I'd love to just give a hug instead.
