I wish I read this years ago. I was the mom that was stressed about what healthy food they ate and packed their lunch in a bento box. When they got to about 7th/8th grade, they both told me... "Mom, I am not bringing those lunches to school anymore." Fine, I let go. Thankfully they do eat healthy most of the time. But, I am like that too now. I don't always eat healthy. I eat what I want.
