I'm sure that was a difficult decision to move - change is always hard. Thankfully you've had many chances to see your family but I am sure that was stressful not having anyone around in a moment of need. I feel you. I've never lived alone and I am totally codependent so I think I would freak out! ;)

I think you did what we should do in moments like those. Recognize what is happening and why you feel that way.
