Insurance really pisses me off sometimes... waiting a year or more for the restoration company is ridiculous. I would have taken it into my own hands, as well. You guys did such a great job. I love all the useable space now in your studio. So glad your husband is on the mend and yes, things like this really puts life into perspective.
