It took me a good 6 months to feel comfortable going out anywhere. I did do things but I was extremely uncomfortable. At two weeks, I just started sleeping better but trust me, it will get better. But, it definitely takes some time and is something that I have found you can't rush. It's hard to not drink, no doubt! But, ultimately it will help your anxiety in the long run. Also, running and exercise, too! <3
