I have slipped back in SO many times in the past. I know now that I can't go back and just have one. It never ends up that way. It always makes me fall back into it. I think since I did that enough, I know... and I am so disgusted by it!

I don't know one single person either that was an alcoholic or addict that can go back and use moderately.
