As I listened to this, my mouth fell open. You see, I’ve been that person: the picky eater that everyone tries to convince, “Just try it, you’ll like it!” Being forced to eat certain foods as a child caused me to have a very unhealthy relationship with food as an adult and it’s something I STILL struggle with.
