I’ve Officially Made It Here on Medium

I’m in distribution jail and you can be, too, if you follow my lead

For the past few months, just about every story I published was chosen for further distribution. I was flying high.

The dopamine receptors were going off the chain.

My whole body was dancin’ a jig.

Every morning I woke up and checked my stats with a smile. I only check them in the morning because now I am a bit superstitious about it. I don’t want to have a stat checking overkill.

56 of my stories have been chosen for further distribution, many under a few topics of interest.

I am in my 4th month on Medium and have published 134 stories. My stories didn’t start picking up distribution until I was in month 2 and I wasn’t even aware of it until someone told me to install the Chrome extension.

If you are unaware and new, you can google “chrome distribution extensions medium”. Your stats page will then reflect with a new column stating if your story was chosen for further distribution.

This is easier than checking each story, one by one.
