Jack’s Takeover of Del Taco!?!
Please don’t ruin this beloved chain originating in California.
I am not a big fast-food eater. I don’t even like most chain restaurants.
EXCEPT for Del Taco.
Their fries are the bomb! I also love a plain bean burrito or a beyond taco.
My whole family can agree on this place because of the vegan and meat options.
Jack in the Box is an establishment that I haven’t dined at since 1998.
Why do I remember this? The meat in their taco tasted “off” a few years after I graduated high school and once I’m scarred by a restaurant, I don’t return.
But, my beloved Del Taco. What will come of this?
The two fast-food chains merged this week. Jack in the Box bought Del Taco for a whopping $585 million dollars!
Holy bleep, that’s a bleep load of money!
This article states that there may be changes coming for Del Taco and I’m about to weep!
Please don’t let this be!
Everything is always about money.
So, this is my plea to Jack in the Box.
Please don’t sacrifice the quality of my beloved Del Taco. Let it be a merger like Del Taco and Naugles.
That would be okay with me.
I might be wrong and nothing will be compromised, so I’ll think positively for now.
