LA sucks. There is traffic ALL DAY LONG! Maybe even in the middle of the night, too.

Sacramento’s traffic got bad during rush hour but it would never take several hours just to go a short distance on the highway there. In Los Angeles, waiting hours in traffic seemed like a foregone conclusion. And their rush hours are super long.
