Oh my gosh, Toya. First, I can't believe the guy telling you it is fate. After he smashed into you. Even if you weren't married, you wouldn't want that idiot. I am so sorry that you went through this AGAIN. We are dealing with all this insurance shit too after my daughter's accident. This is her 2nd accident and i'm sure her body is going to be all messed up and my other daughter has a bad back because of the 1st accident. We got lowballed from the first accident so I am not expecting much from this one, just the bills covered. I mean, we pay insurance our whole lives! Some people don't even have to use it so they sure as hell have the money. It infuriates me.

It doesn't help where we live - with everyone always being in a hurry and not paying attention. Again, I am so sorry and I hope that you aren't in too much pain and that it gets better each day. <3
