Same - only sometimes. I have been pleasantly surprised in my travels though, as of late. More and more are catching on and I can usually find something decent on the menu and so many have vegan options but it's always the bigger cities.

Let's win the lottery and meet at Eleven Madison Park in NYC - it's a $300 Michelin Star dinner all vegan. Looks so incredible. Maybe you've seen it. It was on the Blue Zones documentary. I would DIE to go but damn that's a lot to spend on one meal.
