Some people get so weird about "stuff" when someone dies. It really does show someone's true character. For me, it is just stuff. I guess I am not that sentimental because I don't need much. I do think you are right though and we should respect the will! That is why people write a will. When my grandma passed last year, I just wanted the photos. Things like that are of importance to me, but the rest... I don't want it. The memories are good enough!
