The choice can be so hard - take this addictive substance or risk dying. I do have to tell you though, I was horribly addicted to anxiety medication and wouldn't wish that withdrawal on anyone but also it is horrible to be stuck in suicidal ideation. It's crazy how a few words can completely change things, right? I am glad that you made it through to tell this story - sharing things like this will definitely help others.
