When Magic Mike came out in 2012, ladies were flocking to the theatre to see Channing Tatum and the other hotties shake their booty on stage.
Mike is an experienced stripper that takes a kid under his wing to show him the ropes. No more odd handyman jobs because stripping would bring in more cash.
Even though the movie didn’t get the best ratings, it became very popular among some women. The all-male cast is a treat for the eyes while you tap your feet watching the talented men dance on stage.
Did you know that Magic Mike is loosely based on Channing Tatum’s time as a stripper? That explains why he’s got the moves.
Because of the popularity of the movies, yes there was a sequel, and no it wasn’t good, Magic Mike made its debut in Las Vegas in 2017.
The quaint venue at the Sahara sets the perfect mood for the show.
Some friends and I decided to hit up the Magic Mike Live show while spending a long week in Las Vegas for our daughter’s dance competition.
After a lovely dinner, we hopped into a limo because we had to ride in style to the event.
