and r…, social studies, play (indoor and outdoor), gardening, cooking and caretaking for those around us. I would take the children to homes for the elderly and they would gain hands-on experience of what love and respect is. They would plant and tend a community garden. They would be given age-appropriate responsibilities to grow their minds. They would be encouraged to try and solve problems on their own before asking for help.
