This is not being dramatic but completely normal feelings for what you went through!

nto the groun… brief, manic episode where I was trying to fill the gigantic void left behind by my child’s death. As I watched her shoebox-sized coffin being lowered into the ground, I felt numb, heartbroken, furious and suicidal. I wanted to leap into the ground and be buried with her.
