This is one of the first books I read in sobriety. I almost want to go back and read it again, loved it so much. Then I read like 50 other memoirs and self-help after that. I think only you (the drinker) can diagnose yourself. You have to step away from all the other noise and see if it's something you really want in your life. Is it making it better or worse?
There are definitely all types in AA. The organic wine drinkers and then the person that lost it all, living in their car. It's very humbling.
