This is the best advice, Chris! The shitty days are always when I gave up in the past!!

So, if you are struggling with addiction, no contact, or whatever it maybe be, remember this. Never give up on the shittiest of shitty days. Those shitty days are where the most growth will happen when you push through them. You might have several shitty days; just keep pushing through.
