This made me emotional, Dana. Thank you for being so honest with all of your feelings, it made me feel better about some of my own. I accept my daughter who is gay but then there are also things that are just plain hard about it. As much as I don't want to care at all about what she wears, I still often wonder if she will always be masculine, only wear men's clothes, and the like. I know it doesn't really matter AT ALL but then why do I still have feelings about it? I don't know but reading this made me want to feel a lot more accepting than I do. Thank you for sharing this beautiful story of love and acceptance.
