Ugh, sounds awful! I sure hope you don't end up with a gastro auto-immune from the antibiotics!! You stopped taking them?

I believe that was a factor in how mine started. I have "collagenous colitis" (auto-immune, too), which flares up with stress and different foods, and alcohol.
