Ugh, this sucks. Hopefully since it's situational, it'll end soon! I had Covid and then a month later I gave up drinking... it's a toss up as to which one was worse but Covid lasted 12 days! So that might take the cake. Hope you feel 100% soon.... or at least 90 ;)
