Dance competition season has begun and I am back to being the dance mom extraordinaire.
Ok, that’s a lie. I am a pretty bad dance mom now, as I’ve done it for so many years and I am tired.
I have a few more years of dance moming left and sad to say, I am counting down. I love watching my daughter dance but it’s everything that comes with competitions that I dread.
Are you wondering what any of this has to do with hotel pillows?
These dance competitions often require hotel stays because of the constant changing and classes they have to take. It’s more convenient to stay in the hotel where the competition is taking place.
We checked into a hotel this past weekend because they have dance classes all day before they compete all night long.
It’s a lot. For everyone, moms included.
My daughter gets so annoyed with me when I say these things make me tired but I am spent by Sunday after these competitions.
