Wow, you have done so many cool things this year!! Love the variety of them, too! The years go by in the blink of an eye when you hit 40. It's freaking CRAZY!

How did you feel coming off the anti-d's? Was there withdrawal? You feel good now off of them? Just curious because my daughters are on meds but I don't see them taking them forever.
