Writing is powerful therapy, I think. With your book and writing here, you have been able to process and understand your mind. My daughter (the one with anxiety) hasn't been eating as much lately. She lost a good chunk of weight, like 10 pounds, so I've been slyly asking and trying to help her. She said she's struggling with trying to be thin and I did ask her if she was purging. She didn't know what that was so I said are you throwing up? And she goes "MOM.... I have emotophobia." Duh. Sorry that was a lot of my stuff in response to yours!
