Yeah, my friend had a cabin as an AirBnB until she told it and you most definitely can refund someone's money for a situation like this. She just didn't want to, obviously. What a bitch. I would be so pissed. I never want to use their service again, especially now after reading this. I would take it up with you CC company if you can't report them to BBB? So frustrating!!! :(
