Yep! I agree, Chris!

Come to think of it, that’s why I think addicts are so interesting to me. Especially in recovery, addicts are forced to deal with all the trauma they’ve been avoiding for years, sometimes for decades, and that puts them in touch with parts of themselves that most people will never see.
