Yesterday reminded me of why we try to go out of town for the 4th. We have a "world famous" parade (they say) here where I live and it's SO crowded. My rude neighbors light off illegal fireworks for hours and hours, scaring my animals and almost inducing a heart attack. The kicker is that they cleaned up their side of the street but left ALL of the trash and remnants on our side, driveway and front yard. AND, our 90 year old neighbor next doors house is full of trash. I want to go wring their necks! SO rude that I think I will have to write about it because I am fuming. I am with you, Pam! We are not staying here next year... I told my husband we have to take our dogs to an airbnb in the middle of nowhere!
